Ornessar and Calaerneth were too worried to speak with their voices throughout their trip, so they mostly talked with their minds instead. After all, elves like Ornessar and Calaerneth have this certain ability.

After the successful attack, it was time for Ornessar and Calaerneth to return to Gondor. Katrandil, after all, was still missing, and Ornessar had to let King Elessar know of the success of the mission that was given to Nos Ornessë. A long way they took, and they travelled through Eregion, Dunland, Enedwaith, the Isenford, Rohan, and at last Anórien. It was a long journey, and it took many days for them to finally get to Minas Tirith.

Goblin attack

Having crossed the river and travel for several hours through the forest a scout of the knights suddenly returned. He informed them that there were over a dozen goblins who have attacked a group of people, men. Oronir, the Knights, and the healer, Lilykind, heard a noise in bushes.

Oronir says, 'Did you hear that in the bushes?'

Lilykind looks around, "What is it?" She listens harder. Her keen ears detect about four, maybe five, goblins approaching.

The long ride took Arenborn north along the Anduin, following the mighty river to the capitol city of Minas Tirith. He stayed a few days, mostly residing in the taverns. He avoided the Knights of the city. They were everything he had ever wanted to be. They looked so tall and proud, Arenborn just couldn’t handle being near them.
