Rildheldiel took her fathers’ sword from the training ground. A cold tear touched and ran down her soft cheek. One winter I received an errand to ride up into the Misty Mountains to deliver a set of books to a warden camped up in the High Pass. I think he was feeling lonely and wanted something to read, or that's what I thought he sounded like in the letter he'd sent by bird to Imladris in late September. I took with me some fresh berry-pies to cheer him up. I think he's a distant cousin, so it'd be only proper to show some extra consideration.
