Rohirrim

Within Sight of Foes

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

It is five years before. Dytha has not yet seen Rohan, the birthplace of her parents. It is time she returns. Her father takes her south from her refuge of Dale, where she's lived half her life, by the eastern bank of the Anduin. They make their way to Gondor and from there, to the Mark, but encounter trouble along the way...

0.4 Prologue: The Horse, The Rider and The White Tree

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

I remembered well the stories that my mother once told me. One of them being really a fresh one. She told me about two young men of The House Herendar. That family was once one of the Thane families of Rohan. Head of their house, Linardir The Mad once held a huge city called Hytbold. It was a really good-flowing city as both traders and crafters found their heaven here. Same goes for the men from each part of Rohan. And they lived peacefully in there until the great battle of Hytbold before which Linardir's wife was moved to safety in Edoras.

The Unexpected Company

Author:
This chronicle is recorded by ten brave warriors. OOC it is authored by Nethillon

The most unexpected is sometimes the best choice. Can Soldiers of Gondor fight side by side with Rohirrim, Dunlending and Dol Amrothians and overcome all challenges on their way to find the only one person they have in common?

The Isen's Brittle Peace

Author:
Haeneth

The Chronicle details the guardianship of the river Isen and the fragile peace between Dunland and the Mark—the patrol of the Gap, the watch of the Ford, and the defense of the towns, fields, and hills.

I hope any who participate in storylines in that region will contribute. Contact Haeneth or Dytha here or in-game for access.

The Plains Aflame

Author:
Earwulfa Bogamaegden

This chronicle is a collection of the stories of Earwulfa Bogamaegden of Langhold. "The Plains Aflame" tells her story in the War of the Ring. When reading it closely, one might learn more about Rohan, the Rohirrim and their society.

Enjoy reading my adventures!

Freyga's Saga—First Song of Longing

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry

Of the sagas and songs Freyga can call upon to warm a fellow’s ears, the youngest is her own. She sings it alone to herself, strumming her harp, eyes closed, rocking with the rhythm of her word-waves. It begins now, dreamed of but unwritten, recorded only by the mindful repetition of words that pop like pollen from a fresh bloom. It ends when she ends and will leave to others the tale of its telling.

Of Past Memories

Author:
Memories Contained by Sigebyrht

Past memories of sitting in the sun, looking up at the sky, going through the hardships of having two other siblings, while helping with chores and doing lessons. Listening to the sound of horses neigh and run, the sound of spears clashing and shields bashing. The sound of birds chirping in the sweet spring.
