Adventure Awaits

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Bryony stood at the doorway of the kitchen, watching her siblings quarrel over who has to do the dishes for the night. She had gotten away with it, having helped her mother cook. Taking a deep breath, she slowly inched away from the squabble, quickly hurrying past where her mother and father were standing. She looked back, feeling a bit sorry for leaving Yorric behind to deal with her family, but she needed some peace.

Blood on the Stone

Diary

To Rûndis, my Moonlight,

I do not know where to start. Yesterday we took the hardest blow yet, and it was all my fault.

I should have known our mission was doomed long ago. Every signal was right there from the start… The bandits who followed us, the poisoner who attacked me in Rivendell, the map being stolen… Perhaps we should have listened to the Elves, after all.

I suppose I should start from the beginning.

Dwarven Caravan Market

Come one and all to the Dwarven Caravan Market! This is a Dwarven-themed RP market event that will take place EVERY Thursday at a different trading settlement along the major trade route used by Dwarves to get to their mines in the Blue Mountains. This trade route will take the Dwarven Caravan Market through Thorin’s Hall, Gondamon, Needlehole, Bree, Ost Guruth, Rivendell, Gloin’s Camp, and other settlements of interest for the Dwarves. And every market will have a unique RP situation to connect it to the context of a wider Middle-Earth.

The Emberdeep Expedition finds what they think might be the stolen treasure map they are looking for. In anticipation of having to decipher this map, Rompli asks a remarkably stupid question. He asks their resident elf Eldanith if she can read. Not that he can't read himself, of course.

Man
Background:

Where Ulrikke came from is long forgotten by most people of Bree, save perhaps for very determined gossipmongers who cannot let the past go. These days, she is presumed to have always been alone. Ever she was a lonely child wandering the Beggar's Alley, eating scraps and hiding in crevices to survive year after year.

In truth, Ulrikke, like most everyone else, did have a family and a life once upon a time.
