Band of Brothers

“Thank you for coming out here again so soon, Lilleduil,” Elrohir said. “I know that things are a bit…unsettled for you in the Valley at present.”

Lilleduil, who had just unsaddled and settled Braigsul, approached the campfire and bowed to her liege lord. “I am at your disposal always, my lord. What is it you wished to speak to me about?”

"Firstly, I wish to know how you are doing."

"I am fine, my lord."

"Fine? Elrohir's expression was gently dubious.

A Decision Is Made

Story

Hours passed as Curundar sat deep in thought in his Talan. The moon high in the sky and a gentle breeze blew through the window, gently moving the hair of the young Elf. The pages of the book long abandoned by Curundar flew in the gentle breeze. Curundar rested his chin on the palm of his hand and stared out of the window.
"What should I do?" His eyes wandered to the abandoned book then back to the window. "How can I stay here when I've almost gotten someone killed… Twice!" He flinched at the memories before shaking his head to rid of them quickly.

A Grip of Fear

Story

A young dark blond haired elf stands under the golden leafs of Lothlórien in a battle ready stance, his spear resting over his shield, fear can clearly be seen in his dark green eye has he looks over the battlefield. He takes a deep breath and looks down the line of Elves, looking closer he sees none are acting like him. Their eyes forward, no fear can be seen in their eyes as their breath steady has a calm sea, waiting for the attack to begin.

Party Gifts

Story

With a loud creak of the front door, Faorie returns to her house, weary of the long day's festivities. She holds a hand woven satchel borrowed from the House of Iavasant storing all of her gifts from the party in one hand while the other drags a disposable bag of empty wine bottles.
Leaving the bag of bottles by the front door, she carries the satchel to her study where she carefully removes all of its contents.

There Is a Task

Story

The afternoon was calm and warm, just as Faorie knew it was to be when returning from the Misty Mountains. But this was not her return, it was a visit, for her presence was still expected with that of the Warband's ally company, Vanimar.

While exiting the Last Homely House, she noted in the distance two figures walking over a small bridge to the right, nearly escaping her view. She would have thought nothing of it had the only notable feature been something other than the cloak all warriors of the Warband wear.

Invulnerable

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

(This incident took place after the fight with the frost giant at Vindurhaal)

In all the time she had been striving to join the Warband and after she had done so, Lilleduil had never known Khalis to be wounded.  So she was shocked to see him rubbing his side and up under his sword arm after the fight with the ice giant, speaking to Faorie in a low voice.  She kept an eye on him during their journey back to the camp and he seemed to be traveling well enough, though he complained once of missing the trail.
