Khalis did not know what drew him to the hall that day, truth be told many had often spoken quietly about how the elf lord seemed less focussed and carefree since returning from the far south with the remains of the company he rode with. It was well known that less than half returned to Imladris, their role had always been a perilous one in service to the lord of the vale.

Ruadan was now once within the borderlands of Imladris and the home of the company of warders he belonged two more commonly referred to as the Warband of Imladris. He had left Killandra Greymare to deal with her meddling brother a fate which seemed to befall her much too often.

Hmmmm ... two figures ... definitely human ... not Lossoth for sure ... passing the gates of the encampment with little more than a nod between them and the Lossoth lookouts ... well known and trusted it seemed ...

Elveaner watched quietly from the bank outside the main hut trying to read the pair ... and yes, somehow they seemed a pair or a team despite a well crafted (in his opinion) casual look about them and the progress they made into the camp.
