Forochel

The Fourth Age: An Unexpected Meeting

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

As the Forngarmo left Evendim and proceeded back into Forochel, the land that she guarded she had encountered a small band of Lossoth, battling the weather on their way back home. She quickly moved towards the group, in her characteristic garb. The Lossoth glanced at her mistrustfully but then seemed to recognize the figure somehow, even though she left these lands a long time ago and haven't been seen ever since. Aarniko looked at Forngarmo, as she recognized him as well.

The Fourth Age: A Letter by Hawk

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

After being done with the 'trials'  the Forngarmo felt the closeness of her past home and recalled a conversation with one of the Orders' members. She quickly left the group and moved away carefully, not leaving any clues behind. She knew that the other thing she would have to do is to send another letter to her children, but first - she decided to send a letter to her brother-in-arms.

"Forchalad, the northern lights... nowhere else in Middle Earth but the northernmost regions have I ever witnessed such a beautiful spectacle, it can only be seen in cloudless nights... I wonder if Lady Elbereth herself created these lights in addition to the stars, or if Aran Einior felt particularly playful one day and sent his winds to dance in the sky."

End of the siege; the Dwarves of Forochel are victorious

So it was;

The last camp of the Angmarin was razed, looted and burned. The bodies of the enemies, thrown into the Sea as an offering to the hungry spirits that always look for souls to absorb.

Once again, Forochel can breathe and return to his life, far from the world, far from evil.

Dragnar, War Diary

More than a month ago, we were alerted by a recent invasion of Angmarin in Forochel, our land. As soon as we could, we took our equipment and headed north again to defend our homes.

Our land is harsh, hostile...we have grown up in it but our enemies have not, and every day we find more bodies frozen, devoured or in the last moments of life. Forochel does not need walls... Forochel is a natural wall.

Story

It is difficult to imagine two places less alike than Forochel and Bree-land. The cold, sparsely-populated northern lands have a beauty about them, it is true, but with the greatest of respect to the Lossoth, it was with relief that I began the long journey back to Bree.
