Not long after the boat has set sails towards the sea the storm has reached it. The crew put up the fight against the blizzard but soon, the storm struck harder forcing the boat to miss its right course. But even that was not enough to save it. Soon, the ship of the Lossoth has hit one of the icebergs on the Bay and started to sink. The Forngarmo knew that swimming to the shore will be the worst possible way. She decided to stay aboard and write one last message. She wrote a message but didn't adress it to anyone special.

Elveaner, Tyelcie and Yonas returned to the Ironspan and made a full investigation, discoveries of great importance were made. These had ramifications far beyond the region, so it seemed prudent to commit the findings to writing immediately. The intention was to deposit one copy with Yrjana back in Suri Kyla and another with a Ranger if any could be found in the region.

It was clear that there were two factions in the Lodge with very different views of what may be happening up at the Ironspan. More specifically around the intentions of the new arrivals towards the Lossoth, did they come to trade or demand tribute? and so opposing strategies were being discussed.

Our new Lossoth companion, Yonas had told us the quickest way to get the captive back to Suri Kyla would be by sledge and yes indeed we could all fit on. However there would be a few ground rules and a little instruction would be required from him, this seemed reasonable.
