Another day of sword lessons. I am making progress, though my body is sore.
Andswaru is a very patient teacher, though I know I drive him to despair sometimes. I must try to become a better student.

I think I need a sheath for the sword. I walked to the training yesterday afternoon and I saw an Elf staring at me and frowning. He looked like a guard, perhaps a captain.
I do not think it is polite to run around this valley with a naked blade. I must ask Andswaru to teach me enough Westron to buy a sheath for the sword tonight.

The Battle of the Lost Temple

        Yesterday was a good day for Imladris for it saw two more of its warders raised to the rank of the Maethor, Sil. In all the years I have served Imladris as one of its Captains only three others have attained this rank. It was good to see so many of the Warband gathered in Imlad Gelair for the ceremony to witness the Oath taking of Virthalion and Azgarzir. I had expected in time for Virthalion to take the Oath for his skills are remarkable and he been a stalwart member of the warband.

Pre-expedition

After a previous expedition to the lost temple failed to achieve all that was hoped, the leaders of the Warband have requested that myself and Azgarzir of the Leutha Maethor attempt a second venture into the temple. We are to be accompanied by both Lady Elisbeth and Lord Khalis.
