A Long-overdue Party (Silwe Memorial)

Frimsi is planning a surprise birthday party for Silwe! He figured it must have been at least a thousand years since the odd but venerable elf was properly surprised by a birthday party. Frimsi expects that Silwe will easily be able to discover his intentions before they can come into fruition being as wise and experienced as he is. But that is a chance Frimsi is still willing to take! So all friends of Silwe are welcome to join Frimsi at the Forges of Rivendell to help him come up with ideas for a gift. Frimsi was thinking of a particularly large and expensive jewel. But he is open to any and all ideas! And once everyone is done with that, Frimsi hopes to spend some time recounting fond tales of the silly elf late into the night under the starlit sky.
This will be a public memorial to celebrate Silwe. This event will be happening about a year after she died. Because it isn’t clear how Silwe would have wanted her character to go, this event has been designed in such a way as to not contradict any possible IC fates for the character Silwe. So this event ICly assumes that the character of Silwe is still alive. All friends of Silwe are welcome to attend, and so are people who have never met Silwe but would like to learn about this remarkable individual that was so important to our community. The event will begin as a RP event, with our characters planning a gift for Silwe and then after they have decided on that they will ICly share tales about their experiences with Silwe. And once the RP is done I would like to devote some time for all of us to share some OOC stories and feelings about the player Silwe. We love you Silwe, and you will be missed.
