"A frog!" Eony exclaimed merrily, pointing at a man atop the stairs who seemed to be carrying a frog on his shoulder. She ran at him and patted the frog's head with her little finger. The man told her that the frog was called Gamble. At this point Eony's triplet sister Jesabelle walked over them, apologizing for her sister's odd behaviour, even though the man didn't seem to be bothered by Eony's sudden approach. "Ye need to mind yer manners." Jesabelle scolded her sister.
