Of Blood and Water

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Blood and water – so I beheld in the Great Hall as Aearandir tended to the cuts upon his hands, the scrapes and gashes upon his arms - so did my foresight warn me in vision brief of much blood to be spilt in days ahead, that no amount of water would assuage. Naught was there I could do to prevent that which nigh quailed my heart, save my very best to guide my herth to safety when it mattered most.

Pethroval's Report. Echuir 14th.

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story
Report for the attention of Curugirion, regarding the delivery of his message to the Master of Gondamon.

(The report in contained in a neatly rolled scroll, sealed with a blue ribbon, presented to Curugirion two nights after the return of Aearlinn, Hadorear and Istuir from Gondamon. Written in Sindarin, the script is in Aearlinn’s flowing, but slightly hurried hand, and in a more straightforward manner than her usual recording of events.)

Scouting the Mist: Part One.

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story
Culir! I know not what to make of him as yet, for my mentor in the arts of scouting can be as ethereal of nature as any mist. Yet even after the short time I have known him, I perceive he will be one in whom I can trust my deepest thoughts. Wise in the ways of the wild is he – and contemplative of such. Aye – much can I learn from this ‘invisible’ ellon I warrant.

Now this is what transpired with my recent training for my role as Pethroval in the Grey Watch – and what led to my latest path.
