A day of fabulous entertainment where the citizens and visitors in Bree strutted their stuff on the local stage, showing off local fashions. The good, the bad and the extravagent!

... Then others joined them. Locals, travelers, as though a spell had been woven. The birdsong in Combe changed from that day forth, for those with the keen ears to notice.

Late autumn, Combe. Ryheric came to visit Tate. His mind and heart grounded. He knew Tate needed him to lend stability and strength, so they spoke in depth for the first time. Tate was quick of mind, excitable. The dark side of it was the recent hysteria; talks of something Tate knew about his own fate. An object from his dreams that he sought like treasure. Atharann came looking for Ryheric once Tate had calmed to reason. They spoke, and Dandy found herself accidentally eavesdropping from her nearby room in the inn.

They rode and raced through Bree-land during the last days of autumn. Many of the company were new to one another, and it was important chance to familiarise their horses. Also to get a feel of what it would be like to travel together as a team. The day was full of good company and preparation for longer roads.

When Arnleik performed in the Prancing Pony, there was always a more wholesome feel to the inn. It was to his music that Sicarra and Tarsorel shared their first dance, and Ryheric first danced with Emmawynn in public despite her shyness. Later, a drunken woman had joined the dancing and revelled with the company. She proved herself to be a surprisingly apt storyteller. Winnie had performed on her lute for one of the largest crowds of dancers Ryheric had seen and he was given the chance for dancing instead of providing music. It was a good night.

After discovering that Emmawynn found Bree to be full of sad people, Lane took the girls of NOF on a barhopping trip in Bree to show them the normal and happy side of the city. Several of the guys crashed the trip, including the Dark Bard, and they all ended up in her favorite tavern, the seedy smuggler's bar called the Spotless Note, where her protégée Maxim and a few other smugglers and other likely criminal figures engaged the group in dancing.
