A Hobbit's Adventure

There she was dancing  in spring warmer days 
May sunlight lancing  long bright golden rays 

In fair Shire valley so fragrant and so sweet 
See a bright alley of wild roses deep 

Leaving the shire with pony in tow

Tonight our little fellowship of hobbits is camped on a beach by the the big blue sea - a small fire lit the happy faces of my companions as the evening sky is treating us to one incredible show.

I am not sure how long I have to live in this world but the memory of this night in this place so much like the Shire will stay with me forevermore until I die and go where hobbits go after they leave Middle-earth. here she is today, Pickles the Hobbiton cat and she is truly loving and adorable. coming close to you, snuggling on your feet by the fire, following you around, making sure you are not tramping on flower beds and orchards.

What can I say, suddenly words did fail me, I felt tears swelling up because this was just like home....this WAS home, at least for the few hours we spent there with our new friends, including Pickles....

'Those are Eagles!' I whispered looking up at the two birds coming closer to us and circling slowly. Before Simbo could say 'PIE!' and I could say 'HELP!' the two big birds had came low enough to lift us up, and in the night the cries of the Eagles rose once more covering the yells of two scared little hobbits that were now hanging on for their life to their feathers.
