Cogitation On Situation

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry

Mistake. Yet another mistake.

How much? How much more must I take?

What I had. What I love. What I lost.

After wrong, for right I swallow bitter cost.

Scream. I want to shout.

Rage. Destroy. I want to let it all out.

Numb. My outside, my shell is numb.

Verses from "The Long Night"

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Poetry

Some verses shared with Diruviel by a guest in Imladris many years past. She believes it is but a part of a longer poem celebrating midwinter. Perhaps she'll come across the rest of it one day, but for now, it brings cheer during the long, cold nights.

Twilight growing, stars are twinkling

As they above in sky are winking

Twist and turn-

Blaze and burn-

Fly and fall-

Desire her demise,
