In her discomposure at Lómestel's unwillingness to accept the smallest gesture of hospitality, Lady Manadhlaer asks everyone else present to verify that both the teapot -- charmingly decorated though it is -- and the tea within are perfectly ordinary and not poisoned nor drugged. In the process, some tea is spilled, which, while no loss to a richly provisioned House, is discomfiting to any scholar.

The prisoner from Dunland promised to show a cave in the foothills of the Hithaeglir that her accomplice was supposed to be using to enter Imladris. She did show off the cave, and she also led the group to a stone circle with some strange artifacts buried in it... but her odd behavior on this occasion culminated in a terrifying, unforeseen dénouement. Absolutely nobody present, dogs included, wants to make this report to Lord Tindir -- although it will probably fall to Quartermaster Golvagor, as the ranking House member present.

Findings From the Fallen

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

Well, Diary, a thorough search of Themodir's house -- I must get in there to clean it more often; the drake trophies in particular look as if they were slain by dust -- revealed none of the missing ledger pages. I had not really thought they might be there, but every possibility must be examined. I suppose that I wanted his guidance, even the faint scent of his presence -- the imprint of his fëa upon the things he handled and touched.

Lord Tindir appeared in the early part of the evening with a single, simple errand: naming Ealendil the newest Lady Caun of Vanimar. This obviously called for a party -- and with members of the Hammer present, just as obviously, drinking and dice were required. Pictured here: Ealendil, Manadhlaer, Tingruviel, Branalph, Estarfin, Golvagor, and Telpenaro, with Saereg kindly tending bar.

The Purple Pipeweed Elvish Parlor Band delighted inhabitants of Imladris once again, playing a celebration of winter in true Elven style. Vanimarians present included Tindir, Himwen, Branalph, Camalagos, Eälendil, Manadhlaer, Olriandis, Saereg, and a strangely patient hound.
