Warm days and cold nights

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

Been a while where I weren't goin' so often to the Pony on account there was supper waitin' for me back home, now Lumina lives there with me, but she been away a little while now doin' some business of her own -- not sure what, maybe her healer work. So I'm back to having supper at the Pony most nights, and sometimes lunch too, and so I been seein' other folk, which has been nice.

Journeys mean putting what's behind me, behind me

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

Everyone keeps reminding me you can't be a journeyman if'n you don't journey. That being, you got to work for different masters so you can learn the different work they do and the different ways they do it. Thing is, there's only so many masters in the stable-keeper's guild. The North ain't that big a place, really, leastwise the tolerably civilized part of it. Only reason it's big enough for a guild at all is on account of how Bree, being at the crossroads, is a place of trade, and trade means travel, and travel means horses.

Story

"Do you know how to read, Missus Hopmead?" Taite looked up from the half-furled parchment sitting beside her bowl of pottage.

"Aye, a bit, miss. What've you got there?" The portly woman wiped her flour-dusted hands on her apron and stepped up to the table.

The raven-haired young woman offered the letter while her mouth worked on a fresh spoonful of stew.

"Oi, it's from the doctor. You want me to read it out to you?" asked the cook.
