People and Places 1 "The New and the Old"

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

Brynleigh and Conrob: I'll just write these two together as you almost never see them apart. The newly wed couple are as happy as ever it would seem, not much else to say about this couple. Currently on a trip with Baldmar.

Sareva: An enterprising and kind hearted tailor with a keen interest in seeing all of her potential customers safe. She is more aware of the troubles of the world then any other local I have talked to and seemed to empathize with my plight and as such I enjoy talking to her. Perhaps a little too clever for her own good.

Temptation of Knowledge

Things had been so peculiar, I don't know where to even start at with what I had experienced.

I had gone to the Pony, hoping that I would see Cesistya there. Though I had no luck at all. I did see Kristophor there though I couldn't tell him of the luck I'm running into now. After he had left and I had gone into my thoughts, I went back towards the back for some quiet, figuring on what I should do in the meanwhile while waiting for Cesistya.

I've finally found a moment to sit down and put my thoughts to paper once again. The warm, spring sunshine is like a tonic, I find, and there are moments now where I simply sit by the open window, gazing outside, lost in all manner of pleasant thoughts. I suppose the confining nature of winter made me more apt to fill my journal's pages, and now that the land is blossoming and balmy, the blue sky beckons me outside more and more, and the parchment must wait! Though, I did return to work a few days ago, at the stables here in Hookworth, as well as Neyaa's farm.

Xanderian's Journal - Entry 4

I continue to linger in Bree as my initial panic concerning Xanir has abated into a quiet anxiety, gnawing at me in ways that I cannot explain or dismiss. He has continued to ignore the summons Xandilif sent him...but because he does not wish to respond or because he cannot remains to be seen.

A fine dinner with friends.

Sometimes, a good drink and meal in Bree's mess hall is all you really need, especially when you've got people to spend time with.  Good to know I have friends in various places.

Entry for 10 January

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

Why did I finish my last entry with the words "what may come"? I spoke in haste, it seems, for yesterday was another whirlpool of madness, both terrible and lovely. Will life ever just calm down for a day or a week or a month? Bree seems to be some sort of hub for insanity of all kinds...as if it draws folk of passion, both wicked and good, from all corners of Middle Earth, concentrating them into the hedged walls of this little town and tumbling them together.
