As i said before, body is the main messenger of our impulses that comes from our emotions, thoughts, and motion energy in general, but the main and most amazing thing it is moldability, and only the examples of the Free People can also prove the relation in the body with the nature elements.

Prologue: An Ancient Secret

Body, mind and soul, three totally separate elements from itself, but together forms the reality that we see. Knowing his characteristics is important to know who we are, why we are here and even know how this world was, is and will be. The main objective is not knowing their secrets and using it on its own bennefit, but understand them, living with them and most important, having conscious of the great power that can hold these.

When my old master died, he left me an book with strange drawings and in a cryptic message, with the title of "Mind, Body and Soul: Study of life in relation of its essence" . Two years after his death, i managed to transcribe that book in my free time, and know his secrets. Being firstly private, i finally decide to put this knowledge to all.
