Story

Earth beneath my feet is wet and mushy. My boots sink slightly in it, leaving a barely visible track among the yellow grass. I don´t mind that, since there won´t be a trace left for anyone to follow, unless they happen to be those shiny folk Azrudaur speaks of with such loathing. No...he is lord Azrudaur... I ought to remember to give him that respect. After all, he had earned it.

The Outpost

Story

The rain fell heavily on the broken stone of the old ruins, a section of fallen roof and rubble had made a small man-made cave in which I crouched beside the small fire. The fire was small enough not to produce too much smoke or light and it had been built within a convenient alcove in a broken section of wall, a slab of marble had been pulled over to block any of it’s light being visible from the outside. It was essential that I remained hidden and that my hiding place was not compromised.

The Tale of the Children of Taurdir: Part One.

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story
In the days of the Third Age there yet dwelt but a few of the Dunedain, the high people descended from those of the Faithful of Elendil, the last line of Sea Kings from the land of Numenor. Tall and proud were these people, dark haired and grey eyed, strong, wise and valiant. Yet lesser were they than those who came before them and their lives were shortened though they were still long compared to that of other men.
