Brenorn looked up to the sky from the roadside. Midnight. There he stood, Tylan and Nehani by each side of him. Thorgom and Shadow were probably already at their designated spot, waiting for the signal. He let out a tired, eager sigh.

As I heard a huffing rush at me, I turned. Seeing Dagrell rushing back into camp “Angmar! Troops!” Is what I made out of the huffs. I yelled through the camp “Oi! All of yeh, off yer arses we got a fight to win!”.

I sit by the fire, I still think on the conflict we escaped in days past, im happy some of the lads have found sanctuary in ale, as have I... 
Odd things greet us upon return, I find myself here by the camp fire, writing letters to the families of the fallen, about how they passed good men. Valiant men.

Pride, revenge, not acts nor feelings that don't have their place, but these factors will lead to death, some where down the line, I left my life of nobility, and I no longer have a say at my fathers table, I know this, and don't regret it. Though, I am so eager to lose this Hawthorn label hooked into me, I have a decision, a decision I've made, the house is in a vulnerable state, this bitch Ceou... She knows nothing about what she's getting herself into...

My mind settles, for I swore an oath, an oath to the Covenant, I am not a brother of the pact, this is my family now, and we are one force, and shall not be split, already we have been flooded with contracts, each assignment I complete, I become less the man I was, with each kill the compassion fades, I feel cold as a draw fear from those who oppose.
