Storm

The Bear, The Wolf and The Swan - The Eye of the Storm.

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

It was in the limited light of foredawn I approached our point of assembly; a place we had convened on many a morning at exactly the same time. As I suspected, our youngest and most flamboyant comrade was already there, waiting upon his favoured perch. As I entered the stone enclosure, he looked up from his journal and lifted a hand to tip his elegant, feathered hat in his usual greeting.

It was a night a couple of weeks ago; I was on my first job as an bodyguard in my entire life. A maiden was getting hunted by some kind of bad guys, i don't know, the fact is that It was a hell of a day. Some crazy young woman tried to strike her with a knife. IV - The Storm

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

"The path is lost!"

"Turn back now!"

Eofeole cried out to his Dwarf companion, they were in the midst of a storm high on the pass of Caradhras. Cold and shaking were their very bodies, snow pouring down from the clouded skies. They could hardly see the path before themselves in the blizzard and were more lost than usual. The Dwarf could have gone on, but Eofeole would not go any further and had decided to turn back, with or without the Dwarf.

"And as the Five friends beheld the great storm roaring over Belegaer, doubt befell their voices and fear ran through their veins like a fire; For the sea had turned against them, and now they would reap the price for daring to cross her water. Aghast they clung to each other dearly, valuing their loss and their lives, and for the first time in her life, Daerundros feared death and the wings which it would carry it to her, to sweep her away to the Halls of Mandos and away from Middle-earth."
