Last week I found a strange silver ring lying on the ground. It's very small and so thin and delicate you can hardly even see it. There is a tiny green gem set into the ring - oddly enough it was the gem which caught my attention, and I only noticed the actual ring when I picked it up and held it in the light. The ring looks quite clean and it was resting on a small pile of leaves, so it can't have been there for long. I wonder who it belongs to..?

Such is the beauty and radiance of Lady Galadriel, she is impossible to forget. Though, even she cannot rival my love, Malainel.

Lothlorien's security is first and foremost my priority, along witht he safety of Imladris, Falathlorn, Mirkwood and any other Elven Settlement. But, as you can see here, appearances can be deceitfull. For high in the treetops, lie my bretheren; ready to fire upon any who do not have the permission of The Lady, or the Light of Good.

Mirkwood was where I was sent recently, for two weeks; by the Lady Galadriel, to speak to Lord Thranduil and offer aid if needed. I was in my boat, searching the coast for Dol Guldur's Servants, and I was amazed that, even in death, Mirkwood is magnificent.

Such wonders there are in my homeland, this is but one: Celurin, the fountain at the centre of Caras Galadhon!

Talain Haldir is well known amongst my people. It is the residence, albeit tempoary, of my direct superior, Haldir.

Ah, this was a night to remember. I had just finished my patrol, the yrch were left scattered somewhat, but able to return, a fault on my behalf. I saw this view, and I simply could not forget it....though, it has been many days since I last ventured to that exact spot.
