In the aftermath of the skirmish at Tuckborough, the company of Hobbits and Dwarves has earned Thain Paladin's trust, both for its role in the battle and for the recovery a ciphered message.
Penned by the Thain's anonymous contact from beyond the Tookland Blockade, its contents have prompted the patriarch to grant the company his mandate in seeking out other pockets of opposition to the Chief, and lending them covert assistance.
Having at last secured official authorization—from the legitimate Thain of the Shire, no less—to act against Lotho Sackville-Baggins and his regime, the company must now decide its next course of action.
This is an unscripted roleplaying event, co-hosted by the Blue Mountains Regiment and the Hobbitry; it is open to characters of all levels from those two kinships and Durin's Folk.
The narrative takes place in and around the Chief's Shire, a player-made setting that explores the state of the Four Farthings under Lotho Sackville-Baggins' rule.
