Many days have passed since the Forngarmo left Minas Tirith, after the coronation of the King Elessar. But she knew that her mission is not yet over as her life was all about protecting the lands she loves and her Chieftain, now the King of Gondor. She was sent once again to her homelands, Evendim and Forochel. As she reached Tinnudir she looked around and sighed. So many of her brothers and sisters in arms have perished during the War. She rested on a barrel that she put her belongings in as she was to stay there until the land is made safe again. That is when she spotted a gathering of people that kept growing overtime. The ranger decided to keep away from the strangers but kept herself on guard as she listened to their conversation.
- Tell us, where do you hail from, what brings you here? - One of the men then said, with his gaze fixed upon an elven lady. An unusual sight in these parts, even after the war.
- I have never been here. It looks beautifull and calm.. - The elf then replied. They seemed not to notice or care about the ranger's presence.
- Aye. It is lovely, isn't it? - Another woman then asked the lady.
- I came from Mirkwood. I was tracking some Uruk Hai for a personal quest. And the path lead me here. - The elf then replied. Mirkwood - Forgarmo has seen that place many years ago and kept wondering if anything has changed after the war.
- Mirkwood! - The woman exclaimed in awe as she heard the name of the place.
- Oh, I see... perhaps our paths may cross someday in battling those Uruks of your quest... - The man that stayed silent for a while then said.
- It would be my honor to fight alongside you...My friend - The elven lady then answered. The woman glanced at them suspiciously.
- You two know each other? - She then asked and the man nodded.
- We met some days ago. - The elf then confirmed. The man shook his head at himself.
- Ah, but please, excuse my manners.... I forgot to mention my name some days ago... I am Minaiadan, marshal in the Hand of Numenor. What would your name be? - The man, now known as Minaiadan then introduced himself. It started to become easier for the ranger to memorize people from the gathering. She still decided to stay out of the conversation of the group and kept watching.
- My name is Nimrostel...huntress from Mirkwood. But what does a Marshall do? - The elven lady, Nimrostel then introduced herself and asked. As another two figures approached the woman, that remained unidentified by the ranger quickly bowed.
- Lord Belenir and Thandanar, well met. - She then said, identifying the two newcomers by their names to Forngarmo. It started to be really easy now, with almost all names known to her. As the woman glanced towards the ranger, Forngarmo responded with a polite nod.
- I, as a marshal, ensure that our troops are prepared for such challenges. Ah, we are on our own quest as well. We have some brigands and corsairs to deal with... - Minaiadan then answered Nimrostel's question. She then nodded.
- A very important position and task Minaiadan. - Nimrostel then said.
- Quite. Sometimes it is a burden, but it is an honor nonetheless. - The man then answered proudly. Then, the conversation was interrupted by a polite cough of the man, now identified as Belenir, commander of the group.
- Alright esteemed folks listen up. We have some new faces here so I'd like them to be introduced - Belenir then spoke, glancing at everyone present by the fire. - Introduce yourself to the company esteemed warrior - He then added, glancing at the man of Rohan standing beside.
- Hail to all, I am Aethelhard, Diplomat between the dwarf holds of Thorin's Hall and Aglarond. I'm here on request of Master Gamdrong Emberbeard who asked me to fill in his stead as he is bussy sorting things out in Eastern Gondor at the moment. Pleasure to be at your service! - The Rohirrim, now known as Aethelhard introduced himself. Other members of the party quickly welcomed the man among them before turning their attention to another member of the gathering.
- Mighty wizard introduce yourself. - Belenir then stated calmly, looking at another figure standing nearby.
- Gundislavus of Gondor at your service, yes. Yes, at you service and sent here to help out. - The wizard then introduced himself and the ranger seemed amused by his peculiar name, as for a man of Gondor. The Captain's gaze then switched to Nimrostel.
- I am Nimrostel bane of Uruk Hai. I am from mirkwood and my hunting trip brought me here. A plesure to meet you my lord. - She then introduced herself once again. Soon, Minaiadan glanced back to where The Forngarmo was standing. She noticed his gaze and glanced back at him.
- You there. are you with us ? or here to gather information? - Belenir then said with a hard tone towards the ranger. She decided to move forward and join the gathering when he addressed her.
- If you are friends of Gondor and The North, then you are friends of mine. At your service. - She answered calmly towards the gathering.
- That is good to hear indeed. - Minaiadan then answered. The captain saluted the ranger before speaking again.
- I am Captain Belenir Thend, of House Beleganor. A steadfast servant to the glorious land of Gondor and a loyal subject to our king. - He then formally introduced himself. After doing so, another stepped closer before the ranger had a chance to respond.
- I am Thandanar Uilossen, son of Aglarion. There are some here who know me as Moralphon - Thandanar then introduced himself.
- I am called The Forngarmo, The Northern Wolf around these lands. I followed king Elessar most of my life. - The Forngarmo then introduced herself, saluting the captain back.
- I have heard good thing about this King...maybe there is hope for mankind then. - Nimrostel then said, noticing most of the people around her were wither Gondorian or serving under King Elessar.
- Indeed, there is still hope. - Minaiadan then said, concluding the talk as soon the Captain was about to inform the gathering about their incoming actions.
