This plain leather-bound book may be found in the libraries of Minas Tirith following the accession of King Eldarion Elessar's son, among thousands of like-bound tomes.  Within, in a neat and fair hand, is copied the tales of Lord Tallow, tales which may be familiar to those who dwelt in the northern lands of Middle-earth in the days immediately following the War of the Ring.
