| Date: | March 20th, 2021 |
|---|---|
| Time: | 1pm Servertime (6pm UK time) (7pm GMT+1 time) |
| Location: | Morenwenna's hall: 8 Haven Way, Eryn Vrithon, Falathlorn Homesteads |
Event details:
Dear Edhil and Elvellon!
Spring is upon us, and it brings new tidings of life, flora, and fauna swiftly. Yavanna, the Giver of Fruits, has blessed us graciously with her wondrous gifts, and thus we shall honour and sing praise in the glory of her name!
A feast shall be held in the month of Gwaeron on the 20th day at the chiming of the first bell past noon. It shall be as fruitful as the works of Ivon, and will be celebrated in mirth, company, music, and glee!
All Edhil and Elvellon shall be welcomed within the Halls of The Woodland Maiden in promises of enchanting merriment.
We hope to see you there!
-Lady Morenwenna and Lady Seregrian
This is a formal (timeless) Elven roleplay event held in Imladris/Rivendell, although the actual event is held in Falathlorn Homesteads. This for any low-level players to come and join too, without making it to Level 30-40 for the sake of attending this one event. If you're a non-elven roleplayer, you are more than welcome to come along too, as long as you are an elf friend and respect Elven standards.
As part of the entertainment, there will be a 6-elf music ensemble with members of Bar-en-Acharn, alongside intriguing games and contests to make you participate in Spring tide celebrations.
Note:
•For you to attend, it's not necessary but please do send a message of your attendance to either Morenwenna and Seregrian and a bit about your character on LA, or by /say or mail to us in-game. If you have roleplayed with one of us before, just send a message of your attendance :) It's just so that we can keep track of the coming guests.
Attendance:
If you are indeed coming, these are the rules when participating in the event:
1. Dress formally (Can be a robe, tunic or dress of Spring colours and at least one flower cosmetic that can be worn or held.)
2. No weapons (If you carry a weapon, you will be asked to leave it by the doorway and collect it at your leave.)
3. No rude mannerism (If you are caught behaving rudely, a warning will be issued. If you continue still after your warning, you will be asked immediately. This event is intended to be fun and cheerful, not a reason to start a fight with someone.)
4. Most important, have fun! (The spirit of Springtide is joyous and lively, so keep it alive by dancing, feasting and cheering)
Final note:
Feel free to share this event with everyone! The more, the merrier!
If you have any queries regarding the event, please don't be afraid to ask!
Thank you and hope to see you there!
