I just arrived at Rothrian's house and my left leg stings me, she managed to stop the bleeding and bandage it and they all ran after that bastard that tried to rob us. But they don't know us at all... No one messes with us without consequences...
We were on our way back when it all happened, that bastard tied a rope to a tree and managed to drop some of us to the ground. His men came and we fought, we were winning until I recklessly jumped on him, I was angry, such a thing happened some weeks ago as well, and he managed to pin me down when all his companions died. I stabbed his leg and he paid me back that way before leaving, but I'm sure the others will find him. And now I'm here,, in Rothrian's house with a wounded leg, not able to travel back to the Study for some days, until the wound is closed, at least.
The trip went well, we arrived at Eregion when I calculated we would and found Arthasdir with his folk waiting and scouting. After taking a good look at the enemy camp we formed a plan of attack, we attacked from two sides, Rogue, Arthasdir and I attacked from the Southern gate, Rothrian, Thurrin and Fengdiel came from the Northern gate, managing to surprise them. Sparrow came not long after and we took out all the men in there. The one in charge, Arthasdir's old companion came out and threw insults at him, the man had clearly lost it, fortified himself in there, taking out anyone that he thought he'd threaten his life. But he did many things in his life... Many things he denied because he lost his wits or was lost in sorrow... Yet what he did cannot be excused... Three bodies were nailed to the rocks to show how terrible a man he was and that showed us that we were right to be there.
The fight wasn't long, not short either, but we managed to prevail, Arthasdir killed the man, took the sword he stole from a former companion that he killed and the next day we left. The trip was safe and fast, until we reached the Chetwood, where we got attacked by those bastards. I told everyone that they're free to do as they wish for some days, just make sure that they stay out of trouble. We all need the rest and after all this time they deserve it, they fought well, keeping their mind to the task. Anriett brought her friend Arrowea who turned out to be a good man and fighter, he chased after the brigand after the fight as well. Talgoy and Aeirillen fought bravely too. I am proud to have such people in our ranks.
Our next task will be hard and dangerous I reckon, we will have to be swift and silent for some time. Mostly silent as we observe the lands. I will start my research while recovering, using some messengers and when I am sure I will summon everyone to the Study and we'll start acting... For now I'll take this branch I found and I use as a cane and use it to go to the bedroom and get some sleep, it will relieve me from the pain.
