For the last Friday of every month, Roleplayers of Laurelin allows its members to choose a location to relocate our 'At the Sign of the Prancing Pony' event series. Come one and all to the Dwarven Caravan Market! This is a Dwarven-themed RP market event that will take place EVERY Thursday at a different trading settlement along the major trade route used by Dwarves to get to their mines in the Blue Mountains. This trade route will take the Dwarven Caravan Market through Thorin’s Hall, Gondamon, Needlehole, Bree, Ost Guruth, Rivendell, and Gloin’s Camp. And every market will have a unique RP situation to connect it to the context of a wider Middle-Earth.

The Merry Pony Parade!

Attention all hobbits and merry makers!

We’ve decided to move the Merry Pony Parade to Saturday the 22nd of February. We know this may cause some disruption, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. However, the good news is that the server transfers are now tentatively scheduled for March, giving everyone more time to prepare their contributions and get ready for the fun!

So, put on your finery, ready those ponies, and be sure to contact Demelsa if you have a contribution! We look forward to gathering with you once more on Laurelin!

It is a Highday, and like every Highday, Barliman Butterbur has opened his  common room to guests from lands near and far to sample his beer in exchange for coin, conversation, and a promise 'not to go up into thin air, thank you very much!'

An Unexpected Market

Come one and all to this month’s Unexpected Market! This is a RP market event that will be a bit different than the usual Dwarven Caravan Markets that Durin’s Folk hosts. Once every few months there will be an Unexpected Market in which the of Durin’s Folk visit some exotic, distant trading settlement that is well off the usual Dwarven trade routes. So come and join the Dwarves of Durin's Folk as they travel to random trading settlements across Middle-Earth in order to bring to them wealth and prosperity! And perhaps a healthy measure of mischief too!

On the second Weekend of each month, paths through The Old Forest and Northern Barrow Downs are cleared, so that any who wishes can come visit Tom Bombadil's house for a social event. Come and make merry and contemplate nature and life with me and our gracious hosts Tom Bombadil and Goldberry. Food, drink and pipe weed will be provided.
