Ultimatum.

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

I am ill.

I have been bedridden for the last few weeks, my body wracked with disease.  It seems there is nothing the healers can do, besides identify the cause.

It is poison.

An Ending Approaches.

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

The Remnant Scouts grow bolder.

I spotted one just south of Thorins Halls yesterday.  Took most of my will to avoid killing him then and there.  That would tell Dieudonnae I didn't want her snooping around the snowy valley in which I have made my home.

Still, I can feel a showdown coming.  I can see it on the horizon.   It haunts me.

I say haunt, because I don't believe it would be a blessing.

I either die or kill a friend.

Blessing indeed.

A Desperate Hope.

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

This war costs more than lives.

Dieudonnae's actions are far more painful than any wound, and it scares me.  I once thought of her as a friend, and killing a friend is something I will never be able to do.

So, to soar away from the horns of this dilemma I found myself perched on, I decided I needed to speak to her, to see whether any remnant (excuse the pun) of my old friend remained, and to do this, I would have to be arrested.
