Footsteps echoed on the hardwood dock in the harbor of Brookridge. Rimedur Calen strode up and down the length of the dock, taking in the smell of the sea and feeling of ocean mist hitting his skin. The Lathenion drifted steadily in the water, bobbing with waves, still tied to the dock.

"Killian!" Rimedur turned around to see his fellow sailor, Jon, rushing toward him. "Captain needs you. He says he has an assignment for you to do in Bree."

Some days ago I left Haynbury to go and live with House Bregion. When I arrived there I met Naersell, who is also called Freiyda, lord Bregion's daughter. She's a real lady, way more than I have ever been... though as much as I should have been.

Rimedur was standing against his pillar in the Prancing Pony, putting some finishing touches on one of his drawings; a sketch of Savela Hawthorn based on very detailed memory. However, he hadn't realized that his very muse had entered the inn. As she walked forward, Rimedur heard her quiet tread upon the stone flooring and he quickly closed his notebook. He was too embaressed to show her his drawings.
