Therdis is a Ranger of the North, descendant of the Men of Arnor, who have become a wandering, secretive people after the fall of their kingdom in TA 1974. Though the Dúnedain are destined to reclaim their glory with the renewal of the Realms-in-Exile by King Elessar in TA 3019 and beyond, she has not enjoyed the fruit of their long and perilous labor and struggles against the shadows of the past.

The Old Forest

A spontanous short venture led The Black Steel into the Old Forest. Instead of mushrooms they found remnants of trouble and sad news to carry to Adso's camp. Zavas has ridden ahead back towards Bree. He is back at the Prancing Pony lounging over a map of the Forest and Buckland. Oh no ye wouldn't would ye old fool..

Story

Dunnarwen had always been very sure of herself. This time around, however, she had to admit, she was a little doubtful. As her horse plodded through the desert-like terrain of the Barandalf, she thought long and hard about her purpose. Did she even have a legitimate purpose? She wondered about that one particular question the most. She needed to get a grip. At this rate, she would get caught unawares and then she'll be in trouble for sure.
