Manwe's domain, the Veil of Arda encompasses all of the atmosphere. To behold it all at once is probably impossible even from the highest peak of Taniquetil, but I heard a mannish say once.... "unattainable dreams are the best kind". I interpret it as always have a desire in mind, no give up hope

Aiwenórë in Quenya, or simply called "Bird-land", is the lower region of Vista, the lower layer of the atmosphere, where birds may fly and breathe. I so wish I could shapeshift and join them, but alas, my name is not Elwing
