He travels nowhere without his pack, which contains large numbers of sheet music and notes, and his trusty and equally well groomed pony. |

Background
Originally from Maur Tulhau, Shimi is one of the very few Hobbits to leave the secretive community of Hobbits for many years. Determined to seek out new places the outside world came as something of a shock to Shimi and he quickly lost his way whilst escaping a pack of wolves. Through more luck than judgment he made his way northward and was picked up by a band of Elven hunters from The Valley of Imladris.
Shimi spent many happy months there listening to both the wonderful Elven music and the many tales of an elderly Hobbit who went by the name of Bilbo Baggins. Determined to see The Shire for himself Shimi travelled west.
