| Outward Appearance | Tall in the way of his people and possessed with the grace of the Eldar. Silver hair falls in a long cascade around his shoulders and ripples like moonlight upon a gentle waterfall as he walks. Cirvalad's eyes are the colour of the sea beneath the stars which gaze upon the world with a gentle mirth that is mirrored by the ever present curl of small smile upon his lips. His stride is long and carefree, he almost springs from stillness into motion when he moves anywhere, like feet seeking a dance to fit them. Finely crafted and well tested mail is worn beneath the soft weave of a noldorin tunic. High leather boots encase feet and calves, the embossed images faded but the image of sea and stars can still yet be discerned upon as well as swan-winged ships. The twin belts around his waist likewise bear images of hills and forests and a city within them, and like the rest of his attire carry the mark of many long years. As ageless as the elf himself is the sword that hangs upon his hip which is almost always limned with a pale radiance, upon the silver-gold hilt is etched the name "Ahtacana" which translates as "Retaliation Borne Across the Sea" but in the common tongue is often simpley referred to as "Retaliator". |
