"'Allo! I'm Jago.
Y'know I thought it was gonna be dull moving down to the Southfarthing with me folks to take up some ol' burrows in the middle o' nowheres. Turns up there's all these other 'obbits set up 'ome around the lake down from the falls.
There's even a party tree and I met an 'appy chap decking it out with ribbons and lanterns. 'e said there was gonna be a festival o' games too. It's no Buckland Faire by any means but it sounds right proper fun!"
