The various scars on Irwthryths face, along with the well grown beard makes Irwthryth seem older than he is. A first guess for most would be that he is in his mid thirties. |

Background
Military Career:
Irwthryth Aldburgscir started off joining the Weardmanns (Guardsmen) of Aldburg in his late teens. Due to distinguished service he was promoted into the Éored of Aldburg, patroling the fields of Eastfold and East Emnet in large expeditions. Securing the eastern borders of Rohan. But also travelling north to the Wold, securing the northern borders as well the edges of Entwood.
Having seen much of eastern riddermark during his years of service, Irwthryth asked to be replaced to the western parts of the land in combination with reports of rising tensions there. His will was granted and he joined up with the Éored of House Edelwine.
During an expedition by the Gap lead by Eldered, the Éored noticed the banner of Edoras being escorted across the Isen, Eldered ordered a pursuit to recapture it, however, the Éored was ambushed by an overwhelming amount of enemies. Irwthryth were amongst the ones recieving the first blows of the enemies to his head; knocking him unconciouss completely.
He awoke of someone trying to remove his armor...
