After departing from the halls, and speaking to a well spoken girl, clearly intruiged by our journeys and companionship, we travelled beyond the gate. Looking down upon the vale of snow and pine, the mountains softened by the setting sun.

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

After a lengthy period of waiting, father finally came to the inn in the lower depths of Thorin's Hall. I had sat and observed the growing numbers of Dwarves coming and going, unable to keep a suspicious eye from me. The ale was good...I have to say, and it seemed some dance and revelry was in progress for the summer months.

Then Tuor spoke, "Hear the voice of Ulmo," he said, "That the time has now come indeed when all the works of the Noldor shall come to naught. Doom is at hand, and now the Mover of the Deeps bids thee rise up and leave Gondolin forever. Seek the West, and the pardon of the Valar. For in that alone may you be preserved."
