Dwarven Caravan Market
| Date: | July 30th, 2026 |
|---|---|
| Time: | 3 PM Server Time |
| Location: | Othrikar, the North Downs |
Event details:
This Week's RP Situation: The Dwarves of Othrikar are furious. They got word of what had happened to their long time business partner Frimsi in Bree and Herne regarding the false accusations of theft, and now they want to get revenge. Frimsi insists that the situation was just a misunderstanding and has since been resolved so no revenge is necessary, but the Dwarves of Othrikar won’t accept that. Now Hannar, leader of the Dwarves of Othrikar, is considering imposing an embargo on both Bree and Herne until mayors from both towns provide some sort of assurance that they will never unfairly harass Dwarven merchants like that again. The Dwarves of the Dwarven Caravan Market are divided on this matter, and so many debates are expected to be had as the Dwarven Caravan Market visits Othrikar.
A few OOC details to consider:
1) This RP event will take place during a POST-war timeline. So for the most part for this RP event we will be assuming a timeline that is up to date with what is going on in the game plot wise.
2) Anyone is allowed to attend as a vendor should he or she want to. And the exchange of in-game items as a vendor in the market is OPTIONAL. Though this is first and foremost a RP event, so if you aren't a RPer you probably would not enjoy attending.
3) If you need help getting to one of the markets when it is hosted in a higher level area, please contact one of the officers of Durin's Folk for help getting there.
4) EVERYONE is welcome!
