Event details:
Two days separate the Elven season of stirring (Q. coirë, S. echuir) and the season of spring (Q. tuilë, S. ethuil). These are called mettarë and yestarë. Having meditated on the loa just ended, we will not only be frolicking, but planting the seeds of the year to come -- and perhaps literally planting a special flower in the soil outside our kinhalls!
Who: Lósengriol invites Elf roleplayers and Elf-friends to celebrate together!
When: Saturday, 23 March at 2 pm /servertime
Where: Lósengriol's kinhalls - 5 Waterbank Road, Dor Aglaren, Falathlorn (ICly this is in Rivendell - pretend with us!)
What: Tra-la-la-lally, down in the valley. Attendees are encouraged to bring poems or stories, or to play music, and to discuss their hopes and plans for the coming year. Wear your most stunning finery!
Why: To hail old friends, meet some new friends, and have a prime excuse to use the /toast emote.
5 Waterbank Road is circled in green on the map. Enter the neighborhood and go straight until you reach a T intersection. Go right at the T, then carefully make your way down the switchbacks; cross a small wooden footbridge; and you can't miss it. We have a stable-master in front of the kinhouse and a dock-master in front of a kin member's house on the same level, so it's easy to get back where you were even if your character is a bit woozy from the excellent wine.
