Shire Spring Cook Off

Event details:
Come along to Sootcrest to participate in our spring cooking contest! As well as elevating your name as a cook, and delighting the locals you are sure to attract (Mayor Whitworth will be first in queue!) with your dishes, there will be a prize or two for the winner and runners up. But the focus of the contest is all about community, enjoying fine company, and sampling the results together!
As a special spring twist, all contestants must include at least one egg in their recipe.
Each entry will be scored by our guest judges on these criteria:
- Execution
- Appearance/Presentation
- Flavour
- Relevance to the spring theme
- Creativity
As well as these, how you roleplay the creation of your dish will be taken into account.
But relax! This is an easygoing contest with the aim of having fun.
How to enter:
Contact Arigo (Rundod) or Demelsa via the Quick Post (an in-game mail or /tell) prior to the evening to put your name forward to participate in the competition.
This is a roleplay event hosted by the Hobbitry-in-Arms kinship on LOTRO’S Laurelin [EN-RP] server. The event aims to last one hour to an hour and a half.
While this is a hobbit and dwarf-preferred event, we won’t shun well-behaved visitors of varying limb sizes
