It is wise of you all to stay there and try and help further. The fact that you have found two dead bodies tells us that something foul is going on and it is our duty to stop it. The notices are a clever thought and I commend you on it. The bodies are of lesser importance right now. They are dead and that's it. If someone knows them they will come forward. If possible have someone draw them and show the posters around.
The culprits need to be found no matter what. I am sure that even if they don't you have the appropriate skills to convince the people there that you are needed. Have Lheuwen and Morfryn investigate the whole Wharf, see if they found if something illegal is being transported unbeknownst to the locals and if such thing is happening find out who's doing it. If someone is a suspect for any reason question them thoroughly. I trust the judgment of you all. Question the deceased workman's friends or colleagues. Find out where he is from, find his relatives and why he was there. There will be a trail to follow from one of those sources surely.
From my part here I will notify the Bree Watch and ask them to send a small party to bring them dead bodies back if they are capable of it. I will keep you informed on the matter.
