Rebuilding time

Bregeswith, Gaeded, Fiontann and Varothomir met at the Prancing Pony at midnight, Cedwyn was there too to bid them good luck and give them some supplies as she always does, making sure they don't go anywhere without food. Fion disapproved of that as she shouldn't wander around late at such an instance, he appreciated and after bidding her goodnight the four left for the Old Greenway Fort. They reached it a while before dawn and after killing the bandits tha guarded it they started the search for a yellow gem. What they found was a trapdoor on the ground under some bushes. Hidden well, though somehow the bandits had gotten to it before the four found it. After wandering an ancient Arnorian, by the looks of it, chamber and a fight the four managed to get the gem and return to Hamglen.
Now Fiontann rode to Bree to find carpenters and builders to hire to rebuild the Barracks, with two more additions to the company the rebuilding of he building was more urgent. He went through the gates at noon and rode straight to the Three-Farrow Crafting Hall. He walked straight to the metalworkers with whom he worked together when he was frequenting the place more.
"Good afternoon," he greeted them and looked around. "Are there any carpenters that you can recommend to me?"
"Afte'noon," said Rothir. "Gib and Rob are very proficient. What do you need?"
"Doors, windows, frames, tables, beds and much more. I'll need you and Tom Thornwell too."
    "Where?"
"Tomorrow early at Hamglen, meet me at the Thirsty Boar. I need a general estimation of damages and how long it will take for repairs and rebuilding and a price."
Rothir nodded and Fion went to the other side of the hall.
"Good afternoon, are you Gib?" he asked the man who was treating a board to smoothen it. He looked up and nodded.
"Good afternoon, how can I help ye?"
"I need an estimation of damage and crafting for a building of mine that's heavily damaged."
"I need to see it first."
"Tomorrow, early morning at Hamglen, meet me at the Thirsty Boar, Rothir will be there too."
The man nodded and Fion spoke again.
"Do you know where I can get good timber and good builders?"
"The lumber camp in Combe for tmber and Thornley for building," said Gib.
    "I'll see you tomorrow then."
He reached Hamglen late that day, but it was a fruitful day. He arranged for timber to be ready to be transported to Hamglen at once when he would send word, Thornley and his builders could rebuild the Barracks and the next day him and the crafters from Bree would visit the building for an estimation and the arrangements to be made. Fiontann returned home, Cedwyn and Averick were asleep. He kissed her left temple gently and slept in the main room not wanting to disturb her. She was still recovering from the injury he sustained on the way back from Ered Luin.
