Small.

Daphne awakened early in the morning feeling pretty refreshed, compared to most nights. This was rather surprising consider she wasn't in her own bed, her own land or with people she knew all that well.
Not that she knew anyone anyway.

Except, now she knew two of them more than she had the night before. Why...she no longer grew angry when she saw Furley's face now. It was as if when he became afraid of whoever this dangerous man he saw was, she realized he was actually human. Actually had feelings aside from arrogance and condescension. Seeing him like that made her actually want to help him.
She was a guard, after all.

Maybe it was the alcohol he'd given her. It did help her calm down and cheer up a bit. But the tankards were so tiny! She drank it in one gulp.
But she hadn't had quite enough to get tipsy. Just enough to open her up a bit.

But now, she woke up and ordered breakfast. She ordered the biggest meal they had, since the drinks were so small.
Boy...she'd been bamboozled.
