Black hooded man, popular among the beggars and poor families has misteriously dissapeared from Bree Town about three years ago. No one knew where is he!

But yesterday, two man spreaded a rumour about the black hooded figure, walking around in the late night. Same appearance, same walking style and same jumps from roof to roof. Is this Nightstalker? Or who?
