Tom Burrows, is a smartly dressed and newest Bounder in Deephallow. A quirky town on the edge of the South-Farthing, that looks over the banks of the Brandywine.
Nothing much happens, except the odd squabble. He hopes it will stay that way. There no need to spoil a good meal, a sing song and a party at The Smoked Kipper.
