The Valliant Heart: Nyraewyn

As soon as I was done with my watch I decided to go for a walk and use the good weather. I moved through the throne room and then through barracks encountering Captain Nirna enjoying her rest as well. She's really a nice person. Always seeming so caring and kind to the others even though she is a really good warrior. I hope to fight by her side someday. That would be a great honour to just a humble Citadel Guard like me. We exchanged a few words and then I just ventured away to spend some time alone by the docks. I was thinking once again about the future of my relationship, having in mind that my fiancee was at the same moment preparing things for our wedding in the White City. She was already so sure about us staying together while I was worried. I don't know for how long I've been standing there but it was long enough for the next ship to arrive. Then I heard a voice from behind me. I knew it very well. Soon I was spending my time talking with Nyraewyn once again. She was really a good healer and a good friend at once. After talking a bit once again about my worries I've tried to ask about her a bit more like last time. She wasn't very happy about this but I hoped that I can do something to change the way the things were. She went away for a while as there were things she needed to do. And I was left with one of my fellow soldiers, Velam. I've tried to get anything out of him as it seemed that he knew the right thing. But it was all for nothing. We waited talking about weather, the palace itself and about the water until Nyraewyn has returned. Eventually, she agreed to talk with me about her story. The three of us ventured to the east to talk in peace at our military tents. And then it all happened. She told both of them the long story about her past filled with so many feelings and emotions. Nethillon was filled with both anger and sadness. He felt bad about his friend and he knew that he should make it right. After the talk he remained silent and followed Velam as he helped Nyraewyn with getting to the barracks to rest. As soon as the two went to sleep he rushed to his room. Then he packed all necessary things and changed his armour to the wanderer's garb. He rested a few hours and then grabbed his bag and rushed outside. He began to write letters to Naerhad, Nethirien and then to Velam. He got his message owl and sent the first two to his family members. While he was doing so Nyra approached him once again. "I swear you look a ranger." - She said and I smiled at the voice lightly."That's a good thing this time." - I laughed. But I really meant it. I was intended to not look like a Gondorian anymore. I couldn't do anything while looking like a Citadel Guard. "Got tell you and Velam, don't go do anything stupid. Alright? I wont allow anyone put herself or himself in a harms way 'cus of me.I already felt bad telling Velam keep quiet. And this must not spread..or I put you all in danger." - She said without a thought. One could know that she was taking this serious and really didn't want people to risk because of her. "I can manage. Don't worry about me, please. This will not reach anyone else. You have my word for that." - I said with a serious tone. She then told me more details about the thing I was going to do and then we talked a bit about my own health, which was good right now. "Please, stay safe..." - I said towards Nyra one last time before departing. "You too..." - She said with the signs of worry in her voice. And so I went towards the docks passing another soldier on the way, but I didn't knew his name yet. I boarded the next ship and departed, glancing back to the island until it disappeared from my sight. Dol Amroth it was. My next goal. Whatever awaits me I will not back off.
