Sent by Daltor, Luthbereth comes to Draugmir, having information concerning the Stone. And after inspecting the center object in the upper room, she reveals the Stone’s future location, or rather, where it will reappear. That being the spire in the Barrow-downs.
Calagand – “...It will appear there? What of the Cargul and Draugheron then?”
Luthbereth – “Draugheron has fulfilled his task... he’ll pass into the next world. The Cargul will reappear in possession of what you seek...”
