Blazing Hatred for the Race of Goblin

After losing dozens of close friends, Altárion of Nargothrond and Themodir being recent examples, Ráolor has sworn to slay every Goblin crossing his path.
The Noldo recently followed the elves of Imladris into the Misty Mountains, where they launched an assault upon certain parts of Goblin Town.
Attempting to exterminate the Race of Goblin, Ráolor is well aware of these enemies multiplying like flies under the mountains, and fighting them remains to be done only with well-organized military units.
