Tonight I took with me a small company to repay our enemies for their actions against us. Rayah, Daeriir and myself ambushed many of their patrols on the city streets, and were even able to retake much ground with the aid of our kinsmen.
After we had made our way passed the outer Angmarim defenses, we assailed many small groups, and overtook them quickly. Slowly but steadily we forced our way further and further into their territory, until we reached the square of Clorhir. There we engaged what seemed to be their command camp for the area, as there were many guards stationed around it.
We met up with some of our kinsmen, and were able to overtake much of the outer defenses of the camp, before the enemy retreated across the canal.
We have since then held the Angmarim back across the bridge, although we are not without injury. Rayah is now recovering from a deep wound to her abdomen, and Daeriir took a blow to the head. I was able to escape with only minor injuries, luckily. My company pulled back into safe territory by mid-morning, leaving the front lines to others who were better rested than we.
